Sustainably harvested from Ireland's West coast clean Atlantic waters. Kombu is a type of bladderwrack seaweed exceptionally high in calcium and iron. It is ideal to add a strip or two to hasten cooking time of any bean or pulse and adds nutritions and low salt to dishes and stews.
