Our Delivery Basics

We recieved so many nice messages and enquiries about what we did and to how people could buy from us if they didn't live in Dublin or couldn't get to us on Saturdays that we decided the best way to share the SuperNatural Organic Food experience was to go online so that anyone, anywhere could access our delicious ingredients and healthy foods and great service so the basics of our delivery service are........

  • We deliver nationwide to all 32 counties.
  • €9.95 is our shipping processing and handling fee for all orders under €60.00 it is non refundable where an order needs to be refunded or have items refunded. 
  • We deliver within two day for Dublin and usually within three for the rest of the country.
  • There is no processing or shipping fee when you spend over €60.00
  • You can also avail of our FREE Click n Collect if you prefer. 
Where do you Deliver to?

We deliver nationwide to all 32 counties of Ireland and the UK. All other orders outside these countries can send us an email with their enquiry to enquiries@supernatural.ie

I live in Dublin. What happens when I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received by our system. If your order is placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday our staff will then pick and pack your order that day. 

With Dublin City and County, if your order is placed before 12pm, It will usually be delivered next day. However sometimes it may take two days depending on depots and couriers. 

Can I click and collect my order?

Yes of course! If you would like to order and pay for your shopping with online and then come to us at our Saturday market in St Andrew's Resource Centre, Pearse St Dublin 2 we will have it packed, ready and waiting for you to collect and you can browse and shop all our other amazing organic fresh food stalls. Just choose the click n collect option at your basket checkout

I live in another county. What happens when I place my order?

When you place your order from outside the Greater Dublin Area you will receive a confirmation email from our system. Your order placed before 12pm Mon-Thu will usually be delivered within two days.

Friday are exceptions see *Weekend Deliveries (are couriers deliver everyday except over weekends).

After 12pm it will be delivered within 2 working days. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time as this is in the couriers control and not ours once your package leaves our HQ and is beyond our control, however once your order is scanned by the courier,we have a tracking and trace number which will enable us/you to check the status of your order.

I live in another country, What happens when I place my order?

When you place your order from outside Ireland you will receive a confirmation email from our system. Your order placed with us before 2pm GMT will be then dispatched by our couriers via their overseas services.

Once dispatched you will receive an email with a full track and trace number which will enable you to check the status of your order. Delivery times will vary accordingly to where you live and the local customs and package handling within that country once it arrives. We take no responsbility for any damage or delay from other countries postal or courier services or lack thereof.  

What happens if I am not at home to receive the organic delivery?

Our couriers will leave a delviery notice at your address with the time of attempted delivery, a reference number and a contact phone number. You can then call them to rearrange a time that suits you to receive your order.

Do you deliver same day?

Our couriers do not currently do same day delivery - If you live in Dublin you will (usually) receive next day delivery, most nationwide destinations will also receive next day delivery but sometimes it can take up to two days depending on your county's depot.

Do you deliver weekends?

If you order on a Friday or over the weekend our couriers do not deliver over the weekend. Depending on the courier destination and the relevant dispatch for that area by our couriers, you will either receive your order Monday or Tuesday. 

If you live in Dublin and can collect on a Saturday from The SuperNatural Organic Food Market we recommend our FREE Click n Collect service. If you need to collect during the week please phone us or email us.
